MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

State of Louisiana
Parish of Claiborne

   To any person legally authorized according to Law to celebrate Marriages within
the Parish, Greeting:  You are hereby authorized and fully empowered to unite in the
holy bonds of matrimony Mr. J. N. McEachern and H. V. Tinsley according to law, and
due return make hereof to this office within thirty days from this date.

Given under my hand and seal of office, this the 17 day of March 1892.

   I do hereby certify, That I have, on this day, in pursuance of the foregoing
License, celebrated and solemnized a marriage between Mr. J. N. McEachern and Miss H.
V. Tinsley agreeable to the laws and customs of the State of Louisiana.  In Faith
Whereof I have, together with the parties, and in the presence of the undersigned
witnesses, signed on this the 17th day of March 1892.
