Married at the residence of the bride's father, Mr. McKinley, on the 19th of 
December, 1888, Mr. John W. Prather and Mrs. Joe S. Shivers--R. T. Harvey, J. P., 
officiating. 
The Journal office was remembered with one of the wedding cakes. May our friend 
John and his wife live long and happily together and prosper.
