CROSS Following an illness of several month, Mrs. Pinky White Cross, aged 28 years, of the Monterey neighborhood died, death resulting from inflammation of the stomach. She was a member of the Monterey Christian church and her death came as a shock to a wide circle of friends, who deeply mourn her passing. Mrs. Cross' early life was spent at New Era until her marriage to H. P. Cross of Monterey and besides her husband deceased is survived by two small girls, one seven and the other five years old, one brother, Charlie White of Lismore and a sister, Mrs. Octave Morace of Lismore. Funeral services were held at the Scott Cemetery.
