Robert "Doc" Ellis Sr

   Services for Robert "Doc" Ellis Sr, 50, of Vidalia were held Monday,
November 29, 1999 at 11 a.m. at St. Stephen Baptist Church in Vidalia
under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.
   The Rev. Raymond Riley officiated.
   Burial followed at National Cemetery in Natchez under the direction
of Concordia Funeral Home.
   Ellis died Monday, November 22, 1999 at Natchez.
   He was born September 16, 1949 in Vidalia to Jessie Turner and Vertiner
Ellis.  He was employed with Mississippi River Corp. and served in the U.S.
Army and a member of Pride of Vidalia Masonic Lodge 106.
