MARY E. GOODWIN

   Services for Mary E. Goodwin, 57, of Sicily Island were held Friday,
December 27, 1996 at Highland Park Cemetery with the Revs. Roy Archer and
John Bowman officiating.
   Services were under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home
of Winnsboro.
   Mrs. Goodwin died Wednesday, December 25, 1996 at Glenwood Regional
Medical Center in West Monroe after an extended illness.
   She was a native of Abilene, Texas, and a homemaker.
