MARY ODEEL GREEN

   Services for Mary Odeel Green, 90, of Monterey and formerly of Harrisonburg
were held Wednesday, October 16, 1996 from the chapel of Comer Funeral Home of
Ferriday.
   The Rev. Gordon Finley officiated.
   Burial followed at Harrisonburg Cemetery under the direction of Comer.
   Mrs. Green died October 14 at Riverland Medical Center.
   She was born September 11, 1906 in Plaquemine to Peter L. and Ida B. Penn.
A lifelong resident of Catahoula Parish, she was a homemaker and member of First
Baptist Church in Harrisonburg.
   She was preceded in death by her son, Perry E. Green Jr.
