MALCOLM HENRY HAVARD

   Graveside services for Malcolm Henry Havard, 61, of Jonesville were held
Sunday, March 7, 1999 in Harrisonburg at 2 p.m. under the direction of Young's
Funeral Home.
   The Rev. Lester Johnson officiated and Glenn Hawkins gave the eulogy.
   Burial followed at Harrisonburg Cemetery.
   Havard died Friday, March 5, 1999 in Jonesville.
   He was born August 20, 1937 in Alexandria.  He was a farmer and a member
of First Baptist Church of Harrisonburg.  He was a graduate of Harrisonburg
High School in 1955 and graduate of LSU in 1960.  He was a well known Ark-La-Miss
catfish farmer and a former board member of the La. Catfish Farmers Association.
Havard was also a licensed contractor.
   He was preceded in death by his parents.
