HAWKINS, ISSAC

   Funeral services for Issac "Shorty Pep" Hawkins, 75, of Ferriday, were
held July 10 at 11 a.m. at Concordia Funeral Home, Ferriday.
   Rev. E. W. Watson officiated and burial was in the Vidalia Cemetery.
   Mr. Hawkins died July 5 in Ferriday as the result of injuries sustained
in a pedestrian-automobile accident.
   He was born May 13, 1919 in Ferriday, the son of John Henry and Rebecca
Thomas Hawkins.  He was a retired farmer.
