Samuel "Bart" Hobbs Sr

   Services for Samuel "Bart" Hobbs Sr, 83, of Vidalia were held Saturday,
November 27, 1999 at 3 p.m. at Laird Funeral Home under the direction of Laird.
   The Rev. John Bandy and Brother R. V. Mize officiated.
   Burial followed at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird.
   Hobbs died Friday, November 26, 1999 at Natchez Regional Medical Center.
   He was born June 27, 1916 in Ashley County, AR to Hunter Pryor and Vena Elizabeth
Morman Hobbs.  He was a retired from International Paper Co. after 43 years of
service and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Vidalia.
