LEAR 'LORA D.' JACKSON

   Services for Lear "Lora D." Jackson, 50, of Ferriday will be held
Friday, March 26, 1999 at 12 p.m. at Rose Hill Baptist Church under the 
direction of Concordia Funeral Home.
   Visitation will be Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
   The Rev. Shep Bethley will officiate.
   Burial will follow at National Cemetery in Natchez under the direction
of Concordia.
   Jackson died Thursday, March 18, 1999 at Camelot Leisure Living Nursing
Home in Ferriday.
   He was born August 5, 1948 in Ringgold, La. to C. D. and Idonia Haney
Jackson.  He was a retired truck driver and he served in the U.S. Army
during the Vietnam War and was a member of Sunflower Baptist Church in
 Ferriday.
