JACK JOHNSON

   Services for Jack Johnson, 88, of Sicily Island were held
Saturday, September 4, 1999 at 10 a.m. at Wallace Ridge 
Pentecostal Church.
   The Rev. Norris Poole officiated.
   Burial followed at Heard's Cemetery in Manifest under the 
direction of Young's Funeral Home.
   Mr. Johnson died Thursday, September 2, 1999.
   He was born May 1, 1911 in Moro Bay, Ark.  He was a night
watchman for Delta Farms and a member of Wallace Ridge
Pentecostal Church.
   He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Cecil
Johnson and a daughter, Maudell Johnson Cagle.
