     Albert J. Keith, 60, of Ferriday, passed away suddenly at his home late Monday night.
Keith had been a resident of Ferriday since 1916 and was a member of the Baptist Church.
     Survivors include his wife, Mrs Eunice Keith of Ferriday, 8 sons:  Eark K. of Natchez, Ms.,
Robert, Albert Jr., William E., John L., Floyd H., James R., Jimmy Keith all of Ferriday, La.,
5 dau: Mrs Geraldine Shipley of Winnsboro, La., Mrs O'Deal Edwards of Natchez, Ms., Misses
Betty J., Billy Jean and Lyndia Keith all of Ferriday,La., 1 sis: Mrs Ruth Cockerham of
Ferriday. 
     Funeral services were held at 10 a m Wednesday at the Chapel of Comer Funeral Home
with Rev George A. Chandler. Burial at Liberty Cemetery near Georgetown, La.
