Charles Marvin Mann Jr.

     Services for Charles Marvin Mann Jr., 74, of Ferriday were held Wednesday, July 5, 2000
at Sevier Memorial United Methodist Church in Ferriday under the direction of Comer Funeral
Home.  The Rev. Bob Rowland officiated.
     Burial followed at Two Bayou Cemetery in Camden, Ark. under the direction of Comer.
     Mann died Monday, July 3 at Riverland Medical Center.  He was born July 29, 1925 in
Camden, Ark. to Charles M. Sr. and Gertrude L. Mann.  He was a resident of Ferriday since
1956 and a member of Sevier Memorial United Methodist Church in Ferriday.  He served in World
War II in the Marine Corp and later served in the National Guard Unit #155 in Natchez. He
retired from International Paper Co. in 1977 and was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
     He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Ruth Mann.
