MULVIHILL, VERNITA TRINDLE

   Services for Vernita Trindle Mulvihill, 90, of Natchez were held Wednesday,
December 30, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lourdes Catholic Church in 
Vidalia under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
   Father Paul Kunnumpurum officiated.
   Burial followed at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird.
   She died Monday, December 28, 1998 at Natchez Regional Medical Center.
   Mulvihill was born July 19, 1908 in Vidalia to the late Arthur Lee and Mae
Louise Cruise Trindle Sr.
   She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.  She served as 
president of The Order of Carmilites for many years.  She retired as a dietitian
from Jefferson Davis Memorial Hospital in 1982.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Denis Mulvihill Jr.; brothers,
George Trindle, James Trindle, Arthur Trindle Jr. and sister, Emma Cross.
