MARIE P. PRICE

   Services for Marie P. Price, 94, of Sicily Island were held Friday,
December 20, 1996 at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Comer Funeral Home.
   The Rev. Ralph Webber officiated.
   Burial followed at Highland Park Cemetery in Sicily Island under the 
direction of Comer.
   Mrs. Price died December 18 in Winnsboro.
   She was born April 18, 1982 (1892?) in Brookhaven, Miss.
   A homemaker, she was a member of First Baptist Church in Sicily Island,
where she resided since 1938.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Price and a son, Clyde
Price.
