J. W. PRINCE

   Services for J. W. Prince, 79, of Ferriday will be held Thursday,
March 18, 1999 at Young's Funeral Home chapel at 10 a.m.
   The Rev. Mack Walker will officiate.
   Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery in Sicily Island under
the direction of Young's.
   Prince died March 16, 1999 at Riverland Medical Center.
   He was born October 19, 1919 in Mize, Miss., to Wallace and Minnie
Prince.
   He was a retired oil field worker and was a member of Sycamore Baptist
Church.
   He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, John Prince Jr.
and Bobby Prince.
