RIDER, NEALY JOSEPH

   Services for Nealy Joseph Rider, 82, of Jonesville, were held Friday, January
9, 1998 at 10 a.m. at the Mayna Church of God in Mayna, La. under the 
direction of Young's Funeral Home of Jonesville.
   The Rev. Lloyd Trisler and Bro. Butch Farris officiated.
   Burial followed at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, La., under the direction of Young's
Funeral Home.
   He died Wednesday, January 7, 1998 at Riverland Medical Center in
Ferriday.
   Rider was born January 20, 1915 in Mamou, La.  He was a member of Mayna Church
of God and was an inspector for the Corp of Engineers.
