SCOTT, WILL SR.

     Services for Will Scott Sr., 79, of Ferriday will be held Saturday,
December 19, 1998 at 1 p.m. at New Morning Star Baptist Church under the 
direction of Concordia Funeral Home.
     The Rev. Johnnie Hollins will officiate.  Burial will follow at Ferriday
Cemetery under the direction of Concordia.
     Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Concordia.
     Scott died Sunday, December 13, 1998 at Heritage Manor in Ferriday.
     He was born September 19, 1919 in Wisner to Mack Scott Sr. and Stella
Green Scott.  He was a trackman for Missouri-Pacific Railroad.
     He was preceded in death by his father and sisters, Marie Price and
Stella Scott.
