EARL LEE WHITTINGTON

   Services for Earl Lee Whittington, 67, of Vidalia, who died October 14, 1996
at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be held 3 p.m., Thursday, at Laird 
Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Donnye Cooper officiating.
   Burial will be in the Natchez City Cemetery, under the direction of Laird
Funeral Home.
   He was born December 15, 1928 to George Lee and Leethie Evans Whittington.
He was retired from International Paper Company after 30 years.  He was a veteran
of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Washington Methodist Church.
