All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** OSCAR EARL WILLIAMS Services for Oscar Earl Williams, 62, of Jonesville will be held Wednesday, March 24, 1999 at 2 p.m. at Young's Funeral Home in Jonesville under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. The Rev. Lloyd Trisler will officiate. Burial will follow at Graham Cemetery in Nebo, La. under the direction of Young's. Williams died Monday, March 22, 1999 in Jonesville. He was born June 13, 1936 in Jonesville. He was retired from the La. Teacher Association, a member of the Board of Directors of Concordia Electric Co-op and Association of La. Electric Co-Op. He served on the Board of Election supervisors for Catahoula Parish for the Republican Party, and also served as Voting Delegare of National Rural Electric Co-Op for three years. He also attended Northwestern State University and received his Masters Degree from Mississippi Southern University. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Eunice and Bernice Williams and two sons, Floyd and Leo Williams. Survivors omitted for privacy protection.
