WOOTEN, AUDREY P.

   Services for Audrey P. Wooten, 72, of Ferriday, were held Wednesday,
January 14, 1998 at 10 a.m. at Laird Funeral Home Chapel in Natchez under the
direction of Laird Funeral Home.
   The Revs. Jack Colclasure and Earl Roderick officiated.
   Burial followed at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird
Funeral Home.
   Wooten was born May 23, 1924 in Rayville, La, she was the daughter of the
late Erastus Randolph and Mary Jane Ford Price.
   She was a member of First Baptist Church in Ferriday.
   Wooten was preceded in death by her son, Robert P. Wooten Sr; her husband,
Paul Wooten; sister, Mary Laird and brother, Ewell Price.
