All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ---------------------------------------------------- To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings: Whereas LEVI PRESSLY of Desoto Louisiana has deposited in the GENERAL LAND OFFICE of the United States, a Certificate of the REGISTER OF THE LAND OFFICE at Natchitoches whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said Levi Pressly for the North West quarter and the South West quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty Eight in Township Fourteen of Range Fifteen, in the District of Lands subject to sale at Natchitoches, Louisiana, containing Two Hundred acres and .03/100 of an acre, according to the official plat of the survey of said Lands, returned to the General Land Office by the SURVEYOR GENERAL, which said tract has been Purchased by the said LEVI PRESSLY,and caused these Letters to be made PATENT. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Note: This 200.03 acres is located approx. 8 1/2 miles North and 13 mile West of Mansfield, Adjoining the North side of Eliza Green Dunn's 160 acres.
