The petition of Aurelia A. Noble of said parish respectfully represents that Flemming A. Noble & Wiley W. Noble, are minor children of her marriage with Wm. Noble decd. Pages 21 & 22 State of Louisiana Parish of East Baton Rouge On this twenty seventh day of March, One thousand and eight hundred and fifty two, by witness of an order from the Honorable the Sixth Judicial District Court, of the State of Louisiana, for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, were regularly convened before me the undersigned Recorder of said Parish at my office in the City of Baton Rouge, Mefsors. (?) Joseph E. Noble, Andrew C. Noble, Alex.. M. Noble, Samuel Brashier, and James S. Rhodes, comprising a family meeting to deliberate upon the petition of Alexander M. Noble, praying that a tutor and under tutor, be appointed to Green Ellet Noble, a minor son of the Marriage of William Noble and Elizabeth Broadway, both late of this Parish deceased. The subject having been submitted, the members thus assembled, twice(?) before me the oath prescribed bylaw, when they proceeded to deliberate upon the subject before them, and reading the petition presented to them, by which it appears, the said minor is without a tutor to represent him; and after mature consideration, the family meeting are unaminous, by of opinion, that Mr. Green B. White, is a proper and suitable person to discharge the duties of a tutor to the said minor, and recommend his appointment to said tutorship, dispensing with security, on his bond, and Benjamin Bryan, special under tutor to the said minor being here pursiunt (?), concur and approve of their deliberations, and there being no other business before the family meeting, I have closed the same, subscribing unto my name with said members and special under tutor, B. No. 251--PROBATE Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge Louisiana By virtue of a commission posted in the above succession and to me directed from the Hon. Sixth Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of East Baton Rouge and State aforesaid. I will expose at public sale at the ______ deceased in said parish of East Baton Rouge on the _____ at about fifteen miles from the city of Baton Rouge. THURSDAY the 6 th day of April next A.D. 1854, at 11 o'clock, A.M. This property heinafter set forth described and belonging to the succession of Wm. Also the following personal ______ 3 horses; 3 mules; 75 head of cattle; ______ 100 head of hogs more or less; 1 wagon; 1 carriage; 1 lot of books and book case; 1 sideboard; 1 bureau; 1 mattresses and feather bed; 1 amoir; 1 small table; 2 wash stands; 2 large pine tables; 2 match tables; 10 homemade chairs 3 cane bottom chairs;&c.&c. On the following terms conditions , _____ All the property embraced in a mortage ______ Bank, the original of which is on file and of ____ office of the Parish Recorder of this Parish, a ____ the same to be produced on the day of sale- to ____ block with the capital stock___ the purchase____ debt and liabilities due to said bank on account of ____ gage, and the balance of said succession to be sold ____ All on the following terms, viz: One fifth cash, and the remainder on credit _____ two years from the day of sale.
