P. Crawford, secretary of the association. The bulletin will go only to the members of the association. The bulletin will contain confidential information as to the condential passers of bad checks, giving their names. The names of those who by accident pass a check which is turned down will be included in the list. The names of the who habitually pass checks with the intention of paying them off within 10 days after notice is given as required by law will be included in the list. In the bulletin will be a list of dead beats'' in Baton Rouge. On this list will be the names of every person whose account has ever been charged to the profit and loss account. Before these individuals can obtain credit their old accounts must be settled. The bulletin will also contain information concerning the movement of crooks and confidence men over the country, a record counterfeit money, lost and stolen post office money orders and travelers' cheques .
