Baton Rouge Advocate
She was a resident and native of Baton Rouge and a homemaker, she died at 3:30 
p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 51. 
Visitation was at Winnfield Funeral Home, 7221 Plank Road, on Saturday, July 
5, from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m..  Service conducted by minister Felton 
Thomas. Burial in Winnfield Memorial Park. Survivors include: husband, 
Willie "Charles" Anderson Sr.; three daughters, Rose and spouse Rudolph 
Grigsby, Deloris and spouse Ingram Yelder, and April Lynnette Anderson; son, 
Willie Anderson Jr.; godson, Kendall Williams; two sisters, Cherry Marie Brown 
and Pearlie May Bradford; two brothers, Harry and spouse Rosalyn Bradford and 
Lawrence Allen Bradford; 10 grandchildren, Caden Grigsby, Jamarcus and Jermey 
Woods, Tiara and Camry Bradford, Ingram Jr. and Trinity Yelder, D'unte and 
Aniya Anderson and JaQuan Jack. She was preceded in death by her mother, 
Fannie May Bradford; granddaughter, Kayla Kunte Anderson; and brother, Booker 
T. Bradford. Special thanks to Cherry Brown, Pearlie Bradford, Jeanette 
Bradford and Tangela Brown.
