Miss. Mary Burgess Laid to Rest This Morning. 
The funeral of Miss. Mary Pearl Burgess was largely attended this 
morning by sorrowing relatives and friends who paid a last tribute 
to the deceased . The funeral was held at 10 o'clock at the 
family residence, 426 North Boulevard,interment made in Magnolia 
cemetery. Miss.  Burgess was the oldest daughter of Judge and Mrs.
George Burgess, and died Tuesday morning at the St. Mary's sanitarium
after a short illness of less than a week.  Their father, mother, 
sisters, and a host of friends will grieve at the sudden death and 
loss of this be loved one.
