Leo Kelley Sr., age 61, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Blairstown, 
died Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at his home. Visiting at Carney-Mackey Funeral 
Home, 1576 Robin St., on Monday, July 7, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Religious 
service at St. Paul Church of God in Christ, Blairstown, on Tuesday, July 8, 
at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. W.H. Bolden. Interment in New Hope Cemetery, 
Blairstown. Survived by his wife, Hilda Lee Kelley, of Baton Rouge; mother, 
Ella Odom Kelley, of Blairstown; a daughter and son-in-law, Orlicia and 
Derrick Moore; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Leo Jr. and Rashida Kelley and 
Kelvin Kelley; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Elizabeth and Clyde 
West, Betty and Charles Bradley Sr., Henrietta Kelley and Ella Mae and 
Clarence Matthews; and three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Tom Sr. and Rosa 
Kelley, Johnny Kelley Sr. and Jerry and Sandra Kelley.
