Petition of Marie Correjolles Quays:

Philip D. Quays died in 1903, leaving surviving him your petitioner as
his widow in community and their three daughters: Mrs. Marie Quays
Zettel, wife of Fred Zettel; Mrs. Amy Quays Hurley, wife of Oliver
Hurley; and Mrs. Roberta Quays Girten, then wife of John W. Girten, but
separated from his bed and board then divorced, and now wife of Clinton
Henry McClure, as his sole heirs.

The will was dated Jan 18, 1902 and probated Dec. 19, 1903.  Daughters
have renounced their share of the inheritance in favor of petitioner. 
P.D. Quays made his wife sole legatee.

Judgement: Marie C. Quays in sole possession of the succession of P.D.
Quays Oct. 8, 1904.
