John R. BEASLEY-filed Feb.1, 1853-Petition of James POWELL. 

John R. BEASLEY died interstate leaving but few  assets. He is indebted to
petitioner for coffin and furnishing materials and since no person is
willing to administer and that said BEASLEY was not a married man.
