CHEATHAM & Tabitha JACKSON CHEATHAM says Tabitha age 14,  Seaborn A. age
12,  John age 10, Thomas age 8, and Sally age 5.  October 14, 1867.
Witnesses: A.J. ARNOLD,  and J.A. CHESNEY . John L. CHEATHAM was
appointed tutor.
