To the Hon. the Judge of the Tenth District Court in and for the Parish
of Carroll. 

The petition of Amy Anderson of said State and Parish with respect
represents:

That Adeliza Quays and her husband Philip D. Quays have died leaving
issue of their marriage the following named children   Delphine Quays,
Amy A. Quays and Philip D. Quays Jr.   all of whom are minors; that your
petitioner is the grandmother of said minors, and is entitled to their
tutorship, their said mother and father having died without appointing
to them any tutors; that there is no other living descendant in the
direct line of the said minors. 

Wherefore Petitioner prays that she may be duly appointed the Tutrix to
said minors and for general relief.

Having considered the foregoing petition, it is hereby ordered that the
Petitioner Mrs. Amy Anderson be appointed Tutor to said minors on her
taking the oath required by law and executing Bond with security the
same being conditioned according to law.
