The petition of Amy Anderson of said State and Parish with respect represents: That Adeliza Quays and her husband Philip D. Quays have died leaving issue of their marriage the following named children Delphine Quays, Amy A. Quays and Philip D. Quays Jr. all of whom are minors; that your petitioner is the grandmother of said minors, and is entitled to their tutorship, their said mother and father having died without appointing to them any tutors; that there is no other living descendant in the direct line of the said minors. Wherefore Petitioner prays that she may be duly appointed the Tutrix to said minors and for general relief. Signed: Sparrow & Montgomery, attys.
