The Sentry-Lake Providence, La. February 22, 1906
  It is with deep reqret that we chronicle the death of Mr. J.M. Hill, Sr., 
which occurred last Saturday morning at his home in Georgetown, Ga.  Mr. Hill 
had been critically ill for some time and his sons, Messrs. R.L. and C.H. 
Hill, of this place, had been summoned to his bedside more than a week 
before.  Besides Mr. Hill's  sons, Messrs. R.L. and C.H. Hill, of this place, 
had been summoned to his bedside more than a week before.  Besides Mr. Hill's 
four sons residing here, Messrs. J.M., R.L., A.S. and C.H. Hill, he leaves a 
wife, two other sons and four daughters to mourn his loss.  The Sentry extends 
its sincerest sympathy to the family in their bereavement.
