MRS. JOHN F. GRAVES

Mrs. John F. Graves departed this life on Wednesday at 5 o'clock
p.m. at the family residence in town. She fell a victim to the dread
disease maned consumption.  Her remains were conveyed to the 
Catholic Church on Thrusday after the usual religions ceremonies
the funeral cortege conveyed them to the Providence Cemetery at 5 
o'clock p.m. the same evening.

DIED in Lake Providence in the 47th year of her age, Louise Maher 
Graves, beloved wife of John F. Graves, formely of Madison, Parish.

She has a devoted husband and six children to mourn her loss.
