   Services for Huey Pierce Mobley, 68, of Saline, La. 
will be at Cox Chapel in Delhi, La. on Friday, 
May 1, 1998 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Jerry Martin 
officiating.  Burial will be in Shreveport, La.
   Mr. Mobley was an Army Veteran, an avid hunter, 
and sportsman.  He was a member of the NRA.
   Survivors include his daughters: Sarah Mobley Taylor
and her husband, Bud of Rayville, Donna McTurner and
her husband Mike, of West Monroe, La.  Vickie Carr of West
Monroe, La. sister, Ellie Mae Gahagan of Coushatta, Mary V.
Arledge of Alsatia, La. brother, Cliffford R. Mobley of
Oak Grove, La.; granddaughters: Alsha Jones and Bailey Taylor
both of Rayville; grandson Josh Blackwelder of West Monroe; 
and a specail friend, Janeice Lee of Ashland, La.
   Pallbears will be Jerry Arledge, Larry Arledge, Irvin Arledge, Jason 
Kirkland, Doyle Mobley, and Dalton Mobley
   Visitation will be from 5-9 P.M. Thursday
