Arthur lived on a portion of the riginal Edgewood Plantation, which he had bought, and was doing well. The ceremony took place at St. Peter's Chapel, and his remains were interred in the St. Peter's Chapel, and his remains were interred in the Providence Cemetery. He was a well to do man, about 60 years old, quiet and unpretending. Truly a good Christian Colored man has gone to his rest.
