Blackburn Exhibit A in the Succession of Elizabeth L. Bosworth, May 25, 1852 Drawer 7, Clerk of Courts Office, East Carroll Parish, Louisiana I, E.L. BIELLER, wife of Henry B. Blackburn, now make my last will. I revoke all wills made by me previous to this date -- I appoint my beloved Husband Henry B. Blackburn and my Friends C.B. Richardson and D.F. Blackburn the executors of this my last will. I leave my precious children to the care of my husband Henry B. Blackburn believing he will have them properly educated and reared in the Presbyterian Church I desire him to be their tutor.I give all the property I may have at the time of my death to my children Annie Alice Bosworth and Felix Bosworth except the sums named hereafter. To my husband Henry B. Blackburn I give Ten thousand dollars -- to Joseph and Capers Lester, sons of George D. Lester, I give five hundred dollars each -- To Hyde G. Goodrich of N. Orleans I give seven hundred dollars. These legacies are to paid after the debts of the estate are paid. If I die without children I give one half of my property to my Husband Henry B. Blackburn, the remaining half to be equally divided among my mothers brothers and sisters except Elizabeth Lester afterwards Mrs. Elizabeth Enlow to her I give nothing.
