Second - I give and bequeath to my beloved husband Philip D. Quays 1/4 of my property at the time of my death, the balance and residue of my property to be equally divided between my three children, named Delphine Quays, Amy Quays and Philip D. Quays, Jr. It is likewise my wish that the property be kept together until the majority of my heirs. Third - I hereby appoint my beloved husband Philip D. Quays my executor and hereby dispense him from giving security, placing my unlimited confidence in his integrity and sense of right. Fourth - It is also my will and desire that my father Robert Anderson be appointed undertutor of my children and in default of him, I desire that one of my blood relations be appointed such undertutor. Signed: Adeliza Quays. Witnessed: Robert Anderson, Hercules Hillman and Thomas V. Davis
