Brunett, LA. Jany. 18, 1902

Realizing the uncertainty of life and being of sound and disposing mind,
I do make this my last will and testament to wit:

all property in my name and land in Issaquena County, Mississippi
together with all livestock in the name of Frederick Zettel of
Cincinnati, Ohio, this last belonging to me and only in above name is
community property being acquired since my marriage, I hereby bequeath
to my wife Marie Carrejolles Quays with seizure and without bond, she to
pay my just debts.
