Lemuel/Flemuel C. CHEATHAM says his brother, Thomas A. CHEATHAM died
Oct. 1867, leaving small  succession and minor children, asks for
inventory, then Andrew JACKSON  files an opposition  against
Lemuel/Flemuel CHEATHAM's petition, says he is the brother-in-law  of
Thomas A. CHEATHAM , on October 11, 1867, says Thomas A. and Tabitha
JACKSON CHEATHAM are both dead. Appraises of the estate of Thomas A.
CHEATHAM  & Tabitha JACKSON CHEATHAM were, John H. CHESNEY

John L. CHEATHAM , petitioned for tutorship of minors of Thomas A.
CHEATHAM & Tabitha JACKSON CHEATHAM says Tabitha age 14,  Seaborn A. age
12,  John age 10, Thomas age 8, and Sally age 5.  October 14, 1867.
Witnesses: A.J. ARNOLD,  and J.A. CHESNEY . John L. CHEATHAM was
appointed tutor.
