PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION. FILED 2-22-1856.
... Your petitioner swears that Littleberry Graves his Brother died on 
the 14th day of February this Present year...


WILL. FILED 2-22-1856.
     ... I, Littleberry Graves do hereby acknowledge this to be my Last 
will and testament as follows
     I do hereby so nominate and appoint my Brother Ezekiel Graves my 
executor...
     It is my will and desire that my Brother Ezekiel Graves my 
executor will take charge of all my effects and transact all my 
business: Settle up and pay all of my just debts Collect all my debts 
due me and Collect the amounts due me by my Brother Daniel W. Graves as 
was due to me by our last Settlement; collect the amounts due for hire 
of my negro woman Frances which he now has under him at the rate of 
$125 per year... I also will and bequeath to my Sister Mary A. Johnson 
my negro woman Frances to wait on her as Long as she shall live... = 
and Should my Sister Mary A. Johnson Die in her widowhood or without 
Bodily heirs: then it is my will and desire that the negro woman 
Frances will be given to my nephews William H. Graves and George N. 
Graves her and her increase if any to be equally divided between them. 
     I also will and bequeath to my Sister Mary A. Johnson all all 
moneys which may be left after paying all my Just debts if any =
     I also give and bequeath to my Nephew William H. Graves my gold 
watch.
     I also give and bequeath to my nephew George N. Graves my Saddle 
mare. ...
