McLEOD who are whole brothers on their mothers side and 1/2 brothers on their fathers side, have both died. Their surviving Mother, Mrs Martha GALLOWAY, and Aunt, being very old and infirm, is unable to administer the estste, asks HANNA to administer, Feb. 2, 1867, appraisers of the estate were Charles W. PILCHER and Edward J. DELONEY/DELANEY. 320 acres in W 1/2 of section 3, township 19 range 12. Appraised at $2.50 an acre, mentions "Georgia & Alabama money" valued at $1467.75. Witnesses: Henry GOODRICH, & Thomas C. SCARBOROUGH-Dec. 7, 1867
