Dawson-Woodside Cemetery

    The following inscriptions were copied from tombstones in the 
    Dawson-Woodside Cemetery, near Ethel, La. (copied by Preston Traylor):

    William W. Dawson, Oct 92 1821 - Jan. 8, 1868 

    Thomas Woodside, aged 58 years (no dates given on stone, but
     from  family records he died in 1859) 

    Emily L. Woodside, died March 8, 1866, aged 47 years 

    Mrs. Jane Dawson, born in Ireland 1795, died July 27, 1856 

    Rev. Samuel Dawson born in Rockbridge Co., Va., Nov. 10, 1798, 
     died  March 11, 1858 
 
    Nancy Woodside, born in Ireland 1793, died Oct. 21, 1856 

    Eveline Land, aged 47 years (no dates given) 

    Stephen E. Beauchamp, April 6, 1831 - Aug. 18, 1894 

    Bessie Gordon daughter of B. F. and J. A. Arbuthnot, 
      Nov. 13, 1882 - Dec. 3, 1882 

    Mattie, wife of S. E. Beauchamp, Feb. 14, 1838 - Dec. 15, 1891 

    Jane A. Arbuthnot, born Jan. 31, 1851 (date of death not given) 

    Benjamin F. Arbuthnot, Aug. 182 1841 - Dec. 22, 1893 

    W. T. Wildblood, Feb. 19, 1843 - Sept. 8, 1893 

    Lizzie Dawson Wildblood, Jan 13, 1847 - Aug. 21, 1925
