by Gideon Allen as "Insolvent Debtor to his Creditors":

negro man, Phil, sold to David Pipes, Jr., for $330.00;

negro woman Linda & her two children, Riley and Lucinda,

sold to David Pipes, Jr. for $710.00.; negro woman Jinney

& her two children, Eliza and Sarah Ann, to David Pipes, Jr.

for $710.00; negro man Bill to Robert Vaughn for $400.00;

negro man Jo. to Henry Marston for $405.00; negro woman Bazy

to Robert Vaughn for $50.00.



Other buyers of household items: W. R. Chapman; Gideon Allen;

J. C. Dawson; J. Dryfuss; R. Vaughn. Total of estate: $2,900.18 3/4.
