Terms of sale, cash. "a tract of land on the waters of the River Amite, containing 241 acres, and bounded S by Courtney's land, vacant land on the E, W & N, being the same on which Allen Cook now resides (also the entire stock of hogs & six cows & calfs", sold to Allen Cook for $900.00. File 15, Doc 8 Petition of Robert Allison of E.F.P., surviving husband of Rebecca Morgan, states that Rebecca died in E.F.P. leaving real and personal estate, some in community with her husband and some her separate property.
