The pet. of A.H. McRae resident of the Parish of Livingston of the State of Louisiana Administrator of the Sucession of Daniel McRae dec'd Respectfully shows that he files here with his act as administrator showing that the costs & privileges claims have taken the entire sucession. That a number of the adjudications he has been unable to realize on account of the failure of the parties ( & ?) the running of the negroes that the funds realized have not been sufficient to pay said privileges claims. That he filed in the (blank) an act of his administration but that some of the vouchers & a large portion of the Record has been lost or mislaid, that the cause has been continued from time to time & they cannot be found, he therefore files a new act. Wherefore he prays that D.C.
