Stork Brings 8 1-2 Pounder. - Mr. and Mrs. Roland Campbell, of Pine Prairie, are 
the proud parents of a bouncing boy born Tuesday, Jan. 9. Mr. and Mrs. Campbell 
have been married a half dozen years but this is the first-born; hence their pride 
and much ado of friends. Mr. Campbell attended a meeting of the police jury here 
Wednesday afternoon, of which he is the member from the Fourth Ward, and happiness 
beamed from every feature. His presence here was evidence that mother and child 
were doing well. Congratulations, old boy, and may all your future troubles be 
only "little ones."
