Marjorie Vezinat Chapman
March 01, 1937 - December 13, 2018

VILLE PLATTE -  Funeral services for Mrs. Marjorie “Margie” Vezinat Chapman, 
81, will be held at 1PM Friday December 14, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church with burial to follow in the St. Ann’s Cemetery in Mamou.

Mrs. Chapman, a resident of Belaire Cove, passed away Thursday December 13, 
2018 at Mercy Regional Medical Center.

She will be missed by her husband Eldon Chapman of Belaire Cove; daughter 
Bekki Miller of Vidrine; daughter-in-law Susan Ardoin of Vidrine; 
stepdaughters Phyllis Fontenot and husband Tony of Duson, Kerria Soileau and 
husband Grant of Ville Platte, Cheryl LeBas and husband Malcom of Ville 
Platte; stepsons Errol Chapman of Belaire Cove, Andrew Chapman and wife 
Cathy of Belaire Cove; brother-in-law Rayford Chapman of Belaire Cove; 
numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by 
her parents Octave and Attie Vezinat, son Todd Ardoin.

Visitation will be held Friday December 14, 2018 from 9AM until the time of 
services, with a rosary being recited at 10AM.
