D-3, Column 3. Belle O'Banion Foreman, age 90, died 7 August 1995 at Bayou Vista Nursing Home. She was a charter member of Centerville Baptist Church in St. Landry, serving as president of the Women's Missionary Union and a Sunday School teacher for 60 years. A graduate from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (Lafayette). She worked in the Evangeline Parish School system for 65 years and was principal of Centerville Elementary School for 25 years. Survivors: Son, Carl Foreman Jr. of St. Landry, La. [Evangeline Parish]; Brother, Ray O'Banion of Colfax, La. [Grant Parish]; Sister, Genevieve Johnson of Denham Springs [Livingston Parish]; 2 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
