PARISH OF EVANGELINE
SIXTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, CLERK'S OFFICE.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we Alidé Deville as principal, and 
Olivier B. Fontenot as security, are held and firmly bound unto the Governor 
of the State of Louisiana in the sum of Three Hundred Dollars, of the 
payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, 
jointly and severally, by these presents.

Dated at Ville Platte, this 31st day of August 1917

WHEREAS, A LICENSE has been this day issued by the Deputy Clerk of teh 
District Court in and for the Parish of Evangeline, to unite in the Bonds of 
Matrimony the above bond Mr. Alidé Deville and Miss Marie M. B. Fontenot.
