ROBINSON CEMETERY 

This abandoned cemetery is located on what is now the property of 

James R. Doughty on the Robinson Road out of Winnsboro, LA.    

Several headstones have been removed.

 

Elizabeth ROBINSON, Wife of Thomas Kincaid, born ca. 1871 and 

died 1898.  

 

Frances,  Wife of John D. Robinson,  

born 15 Feb, 1831 - died 17 Nov 1875

Tombstone has a dove with clasped hands on it.

 

John D. Robinson, born 27 July 1821 - died 12 Feb 1898

Tombstone has a Holy Bible held with hands on it.



Charley T. Robinson - born Nov. 3,1883 - died July 8, 1886



Bular F. Robinson born June 27, 1877 - died August 21, 1885

 

Theodore Holmes,  born 25 Aug 1849  - died 22 Feb, 1881

Tombstone shows clasped hands on it.



Footstone that reads B.F.R.

 

Wooden marker that is rounded and is still intact.  

Looks as if it was carved out of cypress wood.

 

Broken marker - can only read "died Nov 12, 1875"
